About Us

We are first explorers in search of solutions to our world's most complex problems, and small businesses can unlock those solutions.

We believe that when every small business practices sustainability, one step at a time, we can transform the world–and we are reclaiming the origins of sustainability and its practice by centering people of color in this narrative of regeneration.

Our Signature Concept: MVI

As entrepreneurs ourselves, we’ve found great value in journaling, adventuring, and exchanging ideas with fellow travelers and changemakers. ELUME was intentionally designed to incorporate our values of passion for the natural world, adventure, learning through experience, and equity. Simply put, we are more than just consultants. We challenge the status quo and challenge each of our entrepreneurs to lead with your values and think beyond numbers and theories.

We created our signature concept of Minimum Viable Impact (MVI) as a toolbox for entrepreneurs to align your personal mission and values with your business goals, to implement sustainable impact, and to tell a compelling narrative about your journey.

We are part of a movement to scale social entrepreneurship and environmental sustainability–making it accessible to all entrepreneurs–in order to build a world where we can all connect, relate, and belong.
