Joining the collective

  • Step 1- APPLY

    Submit your application sharing about your business and why the experience resonates with you.

  • Step 2- Secure your spot

    After review of your application, you’ll receive an invitation to join and a payment link to confirm your place in the cohort.

    Membership fee is $980. non refundable

  • Step 3- Onboarding

    Once your seat is secured, ELUME will begin the onboarding process and prepare you for the first founder gathering.

  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the cohort is full.

  • Yes! Each co-founder needs their own application and membership so you both can fully engage in coaching and experiences.

  • Expect one monthly coaching session, plus occasional workshops and in-person experiences. The value you get depends on the effort you put in — show up fully, engage, and your business will benefit.

  • It’s a mix. Monthly coaching circles happen online, while we host three immersive in-person adventures — hikes, camping, or outdoor workshops — to explore ideas, reflect, and connect with nature.

  • Recordings and resources are provided, but real impact comes from active participation. There are no refunds, and results reflect the time and attention you invest
