ELUME Outlands is an outdoor-based leadership experience where founders learn from place, culture, and sustainability in practice — then bring it back to how they lead and build.
Our May adventure is a guided Forest Therapy Walk for leaders in need of a different pace.
Rooted in Shinrin-yoku, this experience is designed to help you step out of constant input, slow your thinking down, and reconnect with yourself outside the usual pace of work, pressure, and decision making.
Shannon Zimmerman is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide who has spent years leading Shinrin-yoku inspired walks and nature-based experiences that help people become more present, attentive, and grounded through time in nature.
We created this offering because a lot of leaders are carrying too much, moving too fast, and making important decisions without enough space to actually process. This is a chance to step back, pay attention differently, and notice what becomes clearer when your mind is not being pulled in every direction.
