Module 1: Foundations

Module 2: Inside Out
-
Inside Out: Module 1
Before you scale a sustainable business strategy, you need to understand the mindset behind your leadership decisions. This module helps purpose-driven/aspiring purpose driven leaders uncover patterns, challenge outdated beliefs, and lead with more clarity, alignment, and intention.
-
Inside Out: Module 2
In this module, you’ll reconnect with the deeper reason behind your work, the one that doesn’t need polishing, just remembering. You’ll reflect on where your energy is going, what’s guiding your decisions, and how to lead in a way that feels steady, honest, and aligned with the kind of impact you want to have.
-
Inside Out: Module 3
In this module, you’ll focus on the leadership habits that build trust and credibility over time. You’ll explore what it looks like to lead in ways that are consistent with your values — not just in big decisions, but in your everyday actions. These practices support regenerative leadership by helping you lead with care, accountability, and a long-term view of your impact on people, culture, and systems.
-
Inside Out: Module 4
In this module, you’ll map the ecosystem your leadership impacts. You’ll take a step back to understand how your decisions shape not just outcomes — but people, systems, and culture. By seeing the full picture of your influence, you’ll begin leading with more clarity, responsibility, and intention across the relationships and environments your business touches.

Module 3: Outside In
-
Outside In: Module 1
In this module, you’ll explore the connection between how you lead and what your business delivers. We’ll introduce the outside-in approach, helping you recognize how your beliefs, leadership style, and inner motivations show up in the way you build, operate, and offer your work. This is where systems thinking begins, by understanding your business as a reflection of your values, your decisions, and your ways of showing up.
-
Outside In: Module 2
In this module, you’ll take a close look at how your business creates value, and for whom. You’ll reflect on the stakeholders connected to your business and clarify what each of them expects, needs, and contributes. Not only are you delivering value, you’re understanding the balance required to sustain it. You’ll identify where your business is meeting expectations, where it’s falling short, and where there’s opportunity to create deeper, more equitable impact across your ecosystem.
-
Outside In: Module 3
In this module, you’ll turn your values into intentional actions that serve your stakeholders. You’ll define what delivering real value looks like and not just in theory, but in the way your business shows up every day. Using the Vision Board Cues, you’ll begin to visually map the kind of business you’re building: one that meets expectations with care, communicates clearly, and thrives by staying aligned to what matters most.
-
Outside In: Module 4
In this module, you’ll learn how to measure what matters. You’ll build three types of metrics that help you move from reactive to informed leadership. Through a values-aligned approach to data, you’ll learn how to track what your work is actually doing for your business, your people, and your impact. You’ll start with a planned action and identify meaningful ways to measure scope, benefit, and progress, so you can lead with clarity and communicate outcomes that matter.

Module 4: Driving Change
-
Driving Change: Module 1
This module offers a reflection on the tools and insights from the Outside-In approach. You’ll revisit key strategies and deepen your understanding of how external systems, relationships, and expectations shape how you lead. This reflection sets the foundation for the next phase of the course where we shift from insight to implementation and explore how to lead meaningful, sustainable cultural change through your business.
-
Driving Change: Module 2
This lesson explores how culture drives performance, trust, and long-term retention. You’ll learn why shaping the environment your team works in isn’t a bonus, but a part of your responsibility as a leader.
-
Driving Change: Module 3
In this module, you’ll meet two entrepreneurs who started with strong intentions and had to grow as leaders to stay aligned. We’ll explore their origin stories, what drove them to build mission-led businesses, and the moments when purpose and pressure collided. Their journeys offer honest insight into what it really takes to lead mission first as your business grows and the stakes get higher.
-
Driving Change: Module 4
This lesson dives into the strategies our founders used to repair team dynamics and realign their operations with their values. You’ll explore the decisions they faced, the actions they took to rebuild trust and improve performance, and how they shaped work cultures rooted in clarity, care, and accountability.
-
Your Final Step: Complete & Submit
This is the final lesson of the course, where you’ll reflect on what you’ve learned and how to carry it forward in your leadership and business.
